Rachel Chuah

Rachel Chuah currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Lam Research, where strategic leadership and collaboration are emphasized to enhance recruitment processes and drive innovation. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Intel Corporation from October 1998 to January 2023, including Senior Manager of Talent Planning & Acquisition, where leadership of a high-performing team addressed diverse recruitment needs across multiple functions. Rachel's extensive experience in talent acquisition encompasses roles in Asia Pacific, managing the full recruitment life cycle for numerous business units, as well as earlier roles in product marketing and administrative support. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business & Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
