Robert Hawthorne

Robert Hawthorne is an accomplished information technology executive with over three decades of experience. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Lam Research since February 2019, Robert leads the Global Information Services function with a focus on IT strategy, service delivery, innovation, and business partnering. Prior to this role, Robert held various leadership positions at Jabil, including Chief Information Officer for the Electronics Manufacturing Services Division and the Jabil Green Point Division, overseeing all IT services for both divisions. Robert's extensive background also includes pivotal roles in IT management and application development at Advanced Refractory Technologies, IIMAK, and earlier positions at Tandy Corporation and Xerox. Robert holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Marketing and a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University at Buffalo.
