Shaheen Dayal

Shaheen Dayal is currently the Vice President of Customer Engagement at Lam Research, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Shaheen served for over 30 years at Intel Corporation, culminating in the role of Vice President for Global Fab Equipment Technology Sourcing and Supply Chain, where leadership extended over a 200+ person organization responsible for a multi-billion dollar annual supply chain and savings. Previous roles at Intel included Director of Supply Chain Equipment Development and Supplier Management, overseeing a team to implement fab equipment strategies. Shaheen's career began at Analog Devices as a Senior Engineering Manager, Manager, and Engineer, alongside an internship that resulted in a US patent. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
