Lisa Dziekan

Lisa Dziekan serves as Principal of Economic Development at Lamar Johnson Collaborative since July 2024, focusing on driving growth and impactful initiatives within Chicagoland and beyond, in alignment with the values of LJC and the Clayco Enterprise. Previously, as Senior Vice President at World Business Chicago from February 2019 to June 2024, Lisa played a vital role in leadership, contributing to significant project wins and job creation. Lisa's career includes leadership roles at Dziekan Consulting LLC, where various projects centered around the built environment were undertaken, and Metro Strategies, Inc., where community engagement for infrastructure projects was led. Early experience includes managerial roles at Arthur Andersen LLP and project coordination with the Local Economic and Employment Development Council. Lisa holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Public Affairs, specializing in Economic Development from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Economics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
