Jeff O'Malley

Jeff O'Malley currently serves as the NCAA Men's Basketball Secretary-Rules Editor since September 2022 and has held the position of Vice President, Director of Athletics at Lamar University since June 2022. Previously, O'Malley worked as an Associate Athletic Director at Marshall University from July 2002 to June 2022 and at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1996 to 2002. Early career experience includes a role as Compliance Coordinator at the University of Dayton from 1994 to 1996 and as a Tax Advisor at Ernst & Young in 1990 to 1991. O'Malley earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law (1991-1994) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University (1986-1990).
