Phil Wightman is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in serving nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Client Executive at Lamb Insurance Services since January 2022, Phil is passionate about supporting nonprofits through insurance solutions. Prior to this role, Phil was the CEO of SteelBridge Insurance Services from August 2007 to June 2022, where focus was placed on developing insurance programs and risk management protocols specifically for nonprofits and social service organizations. Phil's involvement in the insurance sector for nonprofits dates back to 1997, stemming from a previous position as Vice President at Wightman Insurance Agency from November 1997 to August 2007.
