Kelsey Volk

Kelsey Volk, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the HR Service Center Lead and previously as a Senior HR Functional Analyst for Process Innovation at Lamb Weston since June 2013. Kelsey has specialized in process innovation and strategic HR partnership, particularly supporting corporate functions such as IT, Finance, and Legal. Throughout various roles at Lamb Weston, including Human Resources Manager II and Generalist, Kelsey managed HR activities in manufacturing, improved new hire retention by over 20%, and oversaw significant site expansions. Prior experience includes a role at SEL as a Project Coordinator Intern and a Peer Career Advising Internship at the University of Idaho. Kelsey holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Management and Human Resources and Operations Management from the University of Idaho.
