Michael Covert

Michael Covert has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Michael started their career as a User Services Intern at Southeast Missouri State University, where they provided technical support and created training documentation. Michael then joined Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. as an Educational Leadership Consultant, managing divisions and providing training in organizational leadership and compliance. After that, they worked at the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation as a Database and Advancement Services Coordinator, supporting technology services and ensuring database integrity. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Technology Officer at Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. which they assumed in April 2022.

Michael Covert received their education from Southeast Missouri State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Rockwood Summit High School, earning a High School Diploma between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, Michael has obtained certifications in Recruiting and Sales from Kaplan Professional in January 2022 and in Raiser's Edge bCRE-Pro from Blackbaud in March 2018.
