Dr. Vijay Kolpe

Dr. Vijay Kolpe has extensive work experience in the field of pharmacovigilance and medical review. Dr. Vijay currently holds the position of Assistant General Manager- Pharmacovigilance, Medical Review, Drug Safety Surveillance Physician at Lambda Therapeutic Research since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cognizant as a Team Manager Medical Review from November 2021 to July 2023, where they managed a team of 19 Safety Physicians and handled customer requests through effective queue management. Before that, Dr. Kolpe worked at IQVIA from June 2016 to October 2021, holding different roles including Sr. Medical Safety Advisor. Their responsibilities at IQVIA included medical review of individual adverse event case reports, signal detection and safety surveillance activities, and participation in strategy meetings for periodic reports and risk management programs.

Dr. Vijay Kolpe pursued their undergraduate education at the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences from 2001 to 2007. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree, specializing in the field of Medicine.
