Samuel Park began their work experience as a PC Services Technician Intern at Primerica in 2014. Samuel then worked as a Business Performance Analyst at CSL Behring starting in 2017. In 2019, they worked as a Client Systems Engineer at Epic. In 2021, they transitioned to a role as a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer at Scale Computing. Samuel is currently employed as a Customer Solutions Engineer at Lambda, starting in 2022.

Samuel Park graduated from the Gwinnett School of Math, Science, and Technology (GSMST) in 2015 with a high school degree. Samuel then attended Drexel University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Samuel obtained several Epic Client Systems Administration certifications, including MyChart, MyChart Mobile, EpicCare-Link, Business Continuity Access, Printing, Care Everywhere, and Hyperspace. Samuel also received an Epic Patient Portal certification. In addition, they earned a CompTIA Network+ ce Certification in July 2021.
