Saksham Agarwal is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success and solutions engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Success Architect at LambdaTest since July 2020, Saksham has held various roles including Lead Solutions Engineer and Senior Solutions Engineer, focusing on building a lean and high-performing team. Prior to this, Saksham worked at UniConverge Technologies as a Solutions Engineer and Application Support Engineer, as well as a Digital Marketing Intern. Saksham holds a dual degree (BTech + MTech) in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, completed in 2020.
