Janelle Spence

Janelle, Princeton '19, is a screenwriter, director & curator who advises regarding Lambent Data's digital media and video production. She has experience working as an Associative Producer at the Latin American Film Center where she worked to curate a five-part series highlighting contemporary films from Latin America & the Caribbean. She also worked to help market & promote the 2020 Havana Film Festival in New York. Janelle is particularly interested in representations of blackness in cinema & is dedicated to producing film projects that promote positive portrayals of people of color.
