Federico Montella

Federico Montella is an experienced professional in the fields of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and sustainability. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of ESG & Sustainability at Lambert Smith Hampton since March 2022, Federico has previously held significant roles including Head of Sustainability EMEA at WeWork, and held various leadership positions focused on sustainability at HLM Architects and Aukett Swanke. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Environmental Design from the Architectural Association and a BSc and MSc in Architectural Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, supplemented by a leadership program at the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
