Trish Groves

Trish Groves, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at Lamberts Cable Splicing Co. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Trish held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Bankers Financial Corporation from February 2016 to February 2023 and served as Human Resources Director at Atlantic Tower Services from April 2014 to February 2016. Trish's career in HR also includes the role of Director of Human Resources at Empower Software Solutions from April 2011 to April 2014, as well as Regional HR Manager positions at Wyndham Vacation Ownership from 2008 to 2011 and at Comair from 1998 to 2007.
