Susan Doughty

Susan Doughty is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in financial services and education. Since September 2014, Doughty has served as a Professor in the School of Business at Lambton College. Prior to this role, Doughty owned and operated Doughty Business Consulting from September 2015 to December 2019, providing expertise in business succession planning for small and medium-sized enterprises. Doughty’s previous positions at TD from 1994 to 2014 included various managerial roles, focusing on branch management, financial services, and commercial banking, with recognition for outstanding business results. Doughty holds a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University.
