Gilberto Rabitti

Gilberto Rabitti is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR management. Currently serving as the Director of HR at LAMINAM SpA since December 2015, Gilberto previously held the position of HR Director at Florim s.p.a. from September 2010 to August 2015, overseeing recruitment, labor relations, payroll coordination, downsizing management, and training programs. Prior to that, Gilberto was the HR Manager at GRUPPO CONCORDE SPA from September 1995 to September 2010 and served as the HR Plant Manager at Kraft Jacobs Suchard from March 1991 to August 1995. Gilberto holds a degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed in 1989.
