Luca Villa

Luca Villa has extensive experience in HR management and organization. Luca has held various leadership roles in companies such as Laminazione Sottile S.p.A., thyssenkrupp, GE Power, Alstom Power Italia S.p.A., thyssenkrupp Elevator Italia S.p.A., Panasonic, Eastman Kodak Company, Eni Energies et Services, and Honeywell. Throughout their career, Luca has been responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and talent management. Luca has also played a key role in organizational development and integration during company mergers and acquisitions.

Luca Villa obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organization from Università Bocconi between 1983 and 1988.
