Gerardo Salazar

Gerardo Salazar has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Gerardo started their career at Mattel in 1996, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and later as a Senior Molding Manager. In 2008, they joined WestRock Company as a Plant Manager, overseeing all plant operations until 2016.
