Mark Phillips is an experienced professional in the field of behavioral health and integrative primary care services. Currently serving at Lamprey Health Care since January 2015, Mark is responsible for developing a behavioral health program across three health center locations and directing the integration of behavioral health with primary care. Previous roles include serving as Director of Behavioral Health and Integrative Services at Lowell Community Health Center from 2010 to 2013, and as Director of Administrative Services/Clinical Director at NFI Massachusetts from August 2004 to January 2010. Mark holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rivier College, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Hofstra University.
