Ruth James M.D., Mph

Ruth James, MD, MPH, is a seasoned family physician currently serving at Lamprey Health Care since June 2019. Previous experience includes the role of Medical Director at Rockingham County Jail from February 2019 to October 2021 and Clinical Practice Advisor at the Institute for Health Policy and Practice, University of New Hampshire from May 2019 to January 2021. Ruth James also worked as a Lead Provider at ConvenientMD Urgent Care and as a Family Physician at Families First of the Greater Seacoast. Training includes a Family Medicine Residency at Franklin Square Hospital, along with international experience as a Junior Strategy Associate for The World Bank and as a Small Business Volunteer with the Peace Corps.
