Sam Fudge

Sam Fudge is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership and consultancy roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of People - Partnering and Excellence at Lampton Group since September 2023, Sam has also held the position of Head of Human Resources at Lampton Leisure since May 2022. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Lampton 360, Lead HR Partner at St Mary’s University, and HR Manager at The Lensbury, among others. Sam has a rich background in human resources, starting with positions at the London Borough of Richmond and Air Canada. Educational credentials include a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The Manchester College Group and a BA Honours in European Studies & French from the University of Bradford.
