Yusnita Febriati

Yusnita Febriati is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Group Human Resources Director for Lamudi.co.id, overseeing operations in Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Bangladesh, and Papua New Guinea since August 2022. Previously, Yusnita held roles as Head of HR for Upfield, managing Southeast Asia and North Asia from 2018 to 2019 and later for Indonesia and ANZ until 2022. Prior experiences include Senior Talent Manager at British American Tobacco, Talent Planning & Development Senior Manager at Danone Aqua, and various recruitment-focused positions at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk and other organizations. Yusnita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Universitas Mercu Buana and a Diploma in Communications from Interstudy.
