Lourdes Ferrer Talens possesses extensive experience in customer service and management across various sectors. Currently working at Lanalden since July 2020 in social media management, customer service, and client loyalty, Lourdes previously held significant positions at IKEA España from March 2005 to March 2020, including roles such as Multichannel Manager and various business manager positions overseeing cooking, eating, living room seating, and bathroom sectors. Prior to IKEA, Lourdes worked at RENFE focusing on national and international sales and customer service, and held managerial roles in perfumeries and educational settings.
