Louise Taylor

Louise Taylor worked for Lancashire Probation Service as an Assistant Chief officer from 2001 to 2008, overseeing public protection, safeguarding, and quality standards. Louise then transitioned to Lancashire in 2008, where they held various roles, including Head of Youth Justice, Director of Specialist and Direct Delivery Services, Interim Director of Children's Services, and Corporate Director of Operations and Delivery. Their responsibilities included managing large budgets, overseeing workforce, and leading various children services programs.

Louise Taylor (Lancs) earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Birmingham in 1989-1991. Louise then obtained a Practice teaching qualification from CCETSW in 1993-1995, focusing on coaching and developing students. In 1998-1999, they completed a Diploma in Management from NEBS. In 2011, they pursued a Senior Executive Health & Safety Qualification from IOSH. Additionally, in 2005, they received a Chartered Membership Award in management from the Chartered Management Institute.
