Louise Taylor worked for Lancashire Probation Service as an Assistant Chief officer from 2001 to 2008, overseeing public protection, safeguarding, and quality standards. Louise then transitioned to Lancashire in 2008, where they held various roles, including Head of Youth Justice, Director of Specialist and Direct Delivery Services, Interim Director of Children's Services, and Corporate Director of Operations and Delivery.
