Naqeeb H.

Naqeeb H. has a solid background in the insurance industry, with their most recent role being Head of Finance - LSL Syndicates at Lancashire Insurance Group since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Barbican Insurance Group from November 2011 to June 2020 as the Group Financial Controller, where they oversaw the management of 5 Lloyd's syndicates and was responsible for financial close, reporting, treasury, and cash management. Naqeeb also had a role as Senior Reporting Manager at AEGIS London from 2010 to 2011 and started their career as a Syndicate Accountant at Beazley from 2005 to 2010.

Naqeeb H. completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Accounting from the University of Essex, attending from 2001 to 2004. Following this, from 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Master's degree in Risk Management at Nottingham University Business School. Naqeeb then enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained the ACCA qualification in Financial Accountancy.
