Janet Richmond has a diverse background in leadership and development roles across various industries. Janet currently serves as the Chairperson and Director at Lancashire Mind, where Janet focuses on improving mental health and wellbeing approaches. Janet is also the Managing Director at Just Libra, working on enhancing employee engagement and learning in businesses. Additionally, Janet has served as a Governor and Trustee at THE CAVENDISH HIGH ACADEMY, and held leadership positions at Your Housing Group, Peter Charles Solutions Ltd, Barclays, and Barclaycard. Janet is currently completing their Post Grad in Business & Personal Coaching at the University of Chester.
