John Shrum

John Shrum has extensive work experience at Lancaster. John started at the company in 2004 as a Regional/International Sales Manager and worked their way up to various roles including Private Label Marketing Manager, Director of Field Sales, Director of Corporate Accounts, and Director of Sales - Division 1. In 2016, they became the Vice President of National Accounts & International Business, and in 2020, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales.

John Shrum attended the University of Mary Washington from 1977 to 1978, but did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study during that time. John then went on to study at the University of South Carolina from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
