Ashley Burkett Glensor, MPA, currently serves as the Regional Development Coordinator at Global Disciples, leading the development of a national volunteer advocate network. Since March 2021, Ashley has also held the role of Talent for Tomorrow Administrator at the Lancaster Chamber, managing initiatives to strengthen the healthcare workforce. Previously, Ashley held various positions at the Lancaster Chamber, focusing on workforce strategies and educational programming, impacting numerous students and employer collaborations. Earlier experience includes community impact management at YWCA Carlisle, casework at the Maryland Department of Human Services, and various roles in education and program support. Ashley holds a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science from Messiah University, alongside leadership training from Leadership Cumberland and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Leadership Development Institute.
