Cecily Poindexter

Cecily Poindexter has extensive experience in healthcare and customer service roles, currently serving as a Patient Navigator and Procedure Scheduler at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health since February 2020. Previously, Cecily held the position of Therapy Office Coordinator at Mennonite Home Communities from September 2015 to March 2020, and worked as a Business Office Representative at Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster from October 2011 to September 2015. Early career positions include serving as a Paraeducator at Lancaster Lebanon IU 13 (September 2010 - October 2011), Assistant Group Supervisor at Luthercare (May 2006 - August 2009), and Retail Sales Representative at Susquehanna Glass Factory Store (June 2005 - February 2006). Cecily is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, expected to graduate in May 2025, and also holds a Diploma in Dental Assisting from Lancaster County Career and Technology Center and a high school diploma from Columbia Jr Sr High School.
