Daniel Hallen

Daniel Hallen is currently the Director of Data & Digital and Chief Information Officer at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust and serves as a Lay Member on the Faculty of Science and Technology Research Ethics Committee at Lancaster University. With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Daniel has held significant positions including Head of Digital Technology and Digital Urgent & Emergency Care at NHS England, and Programme Manager at North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Additionally, Daniel has contributed to the North West Informatics Skills Development Network as a Strategy Group Member and serves as Deputy Chair of the Connect Conference under the North West Digital Skills Development Network. Daniel's educational background includes a Master of Science in Digital Health Leadership from Imperial College London, alongside various qualifications in law and education.
