Jay Olson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in hospitality and management. Currently serving as the Assistant Regional Director at Lancer Hospitality since May 2013, Jay has previously held the position of Food & Beverage Supervisor at Centerplate from September 2010 to December 2013, overseeing operations for concession stands and bars. Additional experience includes working as an On-call Receptionist at Fairview Health Services and a Business Office Assistant at Martin Luther Care Center, where responsibilities included front desk assistance and accounts receivable management, respectively. Prior to these roles, Jay was the General Manager at Bruegger's Bagels from May 2006 to January 2010. Jay's education includes studies at Minnesota School of Business (2010-2012) and Concordia College (1986-1988).
