Akshay Prajapati has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ian Martin Group from August 2015 to March 2020, as a Senior Talent Specialist at Collabera Digital from December 2020 to May 2023, and currently as a Recruiting Team Lead at LanceSoft, Inc. since May 2023.

Akshay Prajapati attended H.B Patel Institute of Diploma Engineering from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a diploma in Information Technology. Prior to that, they studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
