Rijo Christian

Rijo Christian has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Rijo started their career as an HR Associate at L&T Technology Services Limited, where they provided induction and on-boarding support for employees deputed to the USA. Rijo also administered health care insurance and managed attendance and leave for employees.

Rijo then moved on to Collabera India, where they worked as a Payroll Lead. Rijo was responsible for processing payroll for different regions, including India, Singapore, and Malaysia. Rijo also monitored the team to ensure smooth payroll activities and accurate ledger balances.

After that, Rijo joined Vodafone as a Senior Executive. In this role, they managed confidential customer data through efficient data entry into the internal CRM software. Rijo also prepared and maintained customer personal information and created new customer profiles with accuracy.

Currently, Rijo works at Lancesoft India as a Senior Lead MIS Business & Finance. Rijo'smain responsibilities include developing and maintaining customized MIS reports for various countries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, and implementing data validation checks to enhance data integrity.

Rijo Christian completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Vadodara from 2011 to 2013. Rijo then pursued a Master of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2013 to 2015.
