Srinivasa Prasad Gutala

Srinivasa Prasad Gutala has extensive work experience in the field of quality engineering, testing delivery, and client relations. Srinivasa Prasad is currently serving as the Vice President of Delivery & Client Relations at Lancesoft India, where they manage the practice and delivery of various portfolios including quality engineering, cyber security, custom apps, and DevOps. Srinivasa Prasad is responsible for defining GTM strategies, driving campaigns, managing pre-sales, and delivering large-scale projects. Prior to their current role, they were the Head of Testing Delivery & Practice at the same company, where they established and built practice and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for quality engineering and cyber security.

Before joining Lancesoft India, Srinivasa spent four years as the Head of Testing Delivery & Practice at Professional Access, a division of Zensar Technologies. In this role, they successfully managed the testing practice and delivery across multiple locations globally. Srinivasa Prasad was also responsible for owning the Testing COE and handling testing RFPs and proposals.

Prior to their tenure at Professional Access, Srinivasa worked as a Delivery Manager of Testing at DXC Technology, specifically within the AppLabs division. Here, they managed multiple accounts and delivered independent testing services in the retail, healthcare, and telecom, media, and entertainment domains.

Srinivasa's career also includes experience as a Program Test Manager at Professional Access, USA, where they worked on program implementations for clients such as samslcub.com and Walgreen Health Services.

Before moving to the United States, Srinivasa worked as a Delivery/QA Manager at Commerce Velocity LLC and as an Associate at HCL-Perot Systems Pvt Ltd, where they gained initial learnings in IT.

Early in their career, Srinivasa worked as a Marine Engineer at Neptune Ship Management Pte Ltd, where they developed skills in work perfection, commitment, hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

Throughout their career, Srinivasa has gained valuable experience in managing projects, developing testing practices, and delivering quality engineering solutions in various industries.

Srinivasa Prasad Gutala obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Osmania University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University from 1991 to 1995. Srinivasa Prasad also completed an Associate Certificate in Software Engineering from IBM-ACSE, though the specific duration is not provided.
