Experienced Consultant - Indonesia

Founded in April 2012, LanciaConsult is a fast-growing business, technology and marketing consultancy serving clients around the world from our offices in Europe and Asia. Offering a wide range of business transformation consulting services, digital transformation skills and industry expertise suit any business with aspirations for change. Headquartered in Singapore, LanciaConsult is looking for an experienced consulting professional based in Jakarta to join our Asia team, and grow our presence in Indonesia.

You will typically bring consulting experience to: 

• Work independently to shape solutions for our clients

• Lead and work with colleagues to deliver incredible quality

• Guide and lead teams, through developmental plans, coaching and mentoring

• Play an active role in developing and growing LanciaConsult’s capabilities

We are looking for people who:

• Value exposure to different types of projects and industries - flex your skills across project management, change management and technology consulting, etc.

• Have strong consulting fundamentals – you should know how to manage projects end-to-end, communicate with and manage stakeholders appropriately; and manage one or multiple consulting engagements
