Victor Pool has extensive work experience in the brewing industry. Victor currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Brewing Operations at Land-Grant Brewing Company since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Columbus Brewing Company from 2015 to 2022, where they served as the Director of Brewing Operations, QA/QC Manager, and QC Technician. Victor also has experience in academia, having worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they gained research experience as a Research Intern at OARDC in 2014. Before their career in brewing and academia, Victor held various roles in different industries, including Customer Service Supervisor at Ashland University Recreation Center, Ice Cream Production Associate at Smith Dairy, and Laborer at Harrison Paint Company. Victor started their professional journey as a Dietary Aid at Country Lawn Care Center.

Victor Pool completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics/Dietitian from Ashland University in 2014. Victor then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University, which they successfully obtained in 2016.
