Barbara Seidel has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, holding managerial roles at multiple casino resorts. Currently serving as the Buffet Manager at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort since October 2015, Barbara previously worked as Food and Beverage Manager at Hollywood Casino St. Louis, Boomtown Casino Biloxi, and Isle of Capri Casino Resort. Prior to their casino management positions, Barbara gained valuable experience at Home Depot in Special Services and as the Proprietor of The Coffee Mills of Concord and Exeter, New Hampshire, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of business startup, design, marketing, and growth.
