Mitchell Williams has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they worked as a Research Intern at Verit\u00e9, where they developed and performed research related to labor law, corporate codes of conduct, and forced labor. In 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, researching the progressive environmental cap and dividend policy of Switzerland. In 2016, they worked as a Program Planner at Raytheon, creating, updating, and managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). In 2019, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Oceans of Energy, researching and developing new commercial opportunities for Mineral Accretion Technology. Finally, in 2020, they co-founded ReShore, and in 2022 they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Land Life.
Mitchell Williams attended The Bromfield School for their high school education. Mitchell then went on to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, English, and Resource Economics between 2012 and 2016. Finally, they pursued a MSc in Aquaculture and Marine Resource Management at Wageningen University & Research, which they completed in 2020.
