Quinten Versmissen has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Quinten began their career as a student working in Horeca and Sales for Mise en Place and Activate- Antwerpen, respectively. In 2018, they worked as a BSc- database management of Global Change Manipulation Experiments for Universiteit Antwerpen- PLECO. In 2019, they were a Research assistant- "Scaling up population dynamics of tropical forest trees" for the Smithsonian Institution. In 2020, they were a Research assistant PANTROP/ FORIG for CSIR - Forestry Research Institute Of Ghana, a Database classification for 2ndFor- research network, and a Resilience engineer Intern for Land Life Company. Currently, they are a Project manager for Land Life Company.

Quinten Versmissen completed a Master of Science in Forest and Nature Conservation with a specialization in Ecology from Wageningen University & Research in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Antwerp between 2014 and 2017. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in Laboratory Animal Science from the FEDERATION OF EUROPEAN LABORATORY ANIMAL SCIENCE ASSOCIATIONS.
