Randy Ashby

Randy Ashby has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Randy has served as the Director of Operations at Land 'N' Sea Distributing, Inc., where they were responsible for strategic planning, leadership, and operational improvement. Randy also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University, teaching and advising students in their coursework. Randy held the position of Operations Manager at both Amazon and Kinder Morgan, overseeing teams and implementing process improvement initiatives. Additionally, Randy has experience in military operations, having served in roles such as Director of Reconstruction and Development at Special Operations Joint Task Force Afghanistan and Engineer Staff Officer at US Central Command. Randy also served as an officer in the US Army, where they held leadership positions and provided guidance to provincial governments in Afghanistan.

Randy Ashby started their education journey by attending the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations. After a gap in their education, they enrolled at Norwich University from 2008 to 2010. At Norwich, Randy earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.
