John O'Connell

John O'Connell has a diverse background in international development and program management. John currently serves as the Director of Strategic Growth and Partnerships at Land O'Lakes Venture37. Prior to this, John held various roles at Land O'Lakes International Development, CNFA, and Creative Associates International, Inc. John also has experience in research and teaching, having worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. John holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
