Khaled Shedeed

Khaled Shedeed is a professional with extensive experience in food safety and agribusiness project management. Currently serving as Deputy Chief of Party for the Transforming the Assessment and Inspection of Food Businesses Project at Land O'Lakes Venture37, Khaled supports the National Food Safety Authority of Egypt in aligning local food regulations with international standards. Previous roles include Project Manager for the Opportunities for Women in Agribusiness Project at Alinea International, where the focus was on enhancing the economic wellbeing of women in agribusiness. Khaled has held various positions in organizations such as Agri-agence Fert, German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce, CARE, International Labour Organization, AETS, and UNIDO, contributing expertise in food safety, occupational health, traceability, and quality assurance. Khaled holds a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from the Faculty of Agriculture.
