Shawn Goldfaden

Shawn Goldfaden has extensive work experience in the title insurance industry. Shawn started their career as an Associate Attorney at Morris & Schneider, P.C. in 1999. Shawn then moved on to work at Stewart Title as a Title Claims and Underwriting Counsel from 2005 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Continental Title Group as their Senior Vice President, Underwriting Counsel. After a year with Continental Title Group, they joined Commercial Settlement Services, LLC as their Senior Vice-President/Underwriting Counsel. Shawn'smost recent position is with Land Services USA, Inc. where they currently hold the role of Vice President, Counsel starting from December 2017.

Shawn Goldfaden has an extensive education history in the field of law. Shawn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore from 1988 to 1990. Following this, they attended Atlanta's John Marshall Law School from 1995 to 1997, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree.

In addition to their academic achievements, Shawn Goldfaden has obtained several certifications. Shawn is a Licensed Maryland Attorney, accredited by the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) in the year 2000. Shawn also holds the title of Licensed Georgia Attorney (inactive), granted by the State Bar of Georgia in 1997. Furthermore, they have acquired the qualification of Maryland Real Estate Broker, authorized by the Maryland Real Estate Commission, although the exact year of attainment is not specified.
