Zonia Veal

Zonia Veal has a long and successful career in the real estate industry. Zonia started working at Fidelity National Title in 2000, where they held the position of Vice President until 2013. In their role, they gained expertise in complex title/survey review, acquisitions, sales, property management, development, commercial and retail leasing.

In 2013, Zonia Veal moved to Land Services USA, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for managing the commercial title insurance operation across 13 states in the southeast. Zonia also served as a national commercial title insurance agent for all major title insurance underwriters. Zonia's experience and expertise were particularly focused on examination and commercial title insurance underwriting.

Zonia Veal obtained their Paralegal Degree with a specialization in Real Estate and Bankruptcy from the National Center for Paralegal Studies between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Central Texas College - OE from 1979 to 1983. The field of study for their BBA degree is not provided.
