Laurie Milford

Laurie Milford is currently serving as the Associate Director of Individual Giving at the Land Trust Alliance since January 2023. With extensive experience in fundraising, strategy, policy, and management, Laurie has held various leadership roles, including Independent Consultant as a Writer and Executive Leader, and Development and Grant Writer at RMI. Previous positions include Principal at LKM & Associates, Development Director at High Country News, and Executive Director at the Wyoming Outdoor Council. Education includes a Master’s degree in English from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Iowa. Laurie possesses expertise in project management, negotiation, and network development within philanthropy, complemented by strong financial and accounting skills.
