Neeraj Kumar

Neeraj Kumar is the current General Counsel at Landa. Neeraj has previous experience working as an Associate at Duane Morris LLP, where they represented public companies, start-up and emerging growth companies, investment banks, and venture capital and growth equity funds in a wide variety of financing transactions. Neeraj also regularly counseled companies with corporate governance, regulatory and securities law matters. Prior to that, they worked as Counsel at Buhler Duggal & Henry LLP, advising companies and institutional investors on capital raising transactions, including venture capital financings, debt financings, and public offerings, as well as on general corporate matters, including formation and operation, corporate governance, intellectual property and licensing, and employment-related matters. Before that, they worked as an Attorney at Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Neeraj began their career as an attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP in 2009.

Neeraj Kumar attended American University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics. Neeraj then went on to Penn State Dickinson Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Law.
