Susan Hickey

Susan Hickey is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the housing and property sectors. Currently serving as Interim Executive Director for various companies since January 2022, Susan also holds the position of Non Executive Director at The Good Economy, Saltaire Housing, and VSO, where Susan chairs the Audit & Risk Committee. Previously, Susan was a Group Finance & Investment Director at igloo and Chief Financial Officer at Peabody from 2010 to 2020, managing significant financial growth and restructuring. Susan's career began in finance roles in affordable residential housing, and educational background includes being a Chartered Accountant through ICAEW and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland.
