Lesley Boyd-Franzen

Lesley Boyd-Franzen, MBA, has a strong background in operations management within the transportation industry. Lesley currently serves as the Director of Operations at Landair, a position they have held since September 2018.

Prior to joining Landair, Lesley worked at Roehl Transport from November 2014 to June 2018. During their time there, they held various roles including Dedicated and Regional Operations. Lesley also served as the Regional Operations Manager.

Before joining Roehl Transport, Lesley worked at Con-way Truckload for a significant portion of their career, starting in October 2003. During their time at Con-way Truckload, they held various roles including Operations Manager, Senior Planner, Account Specialist/Planner, and Pricing Analyst. Lesley'stenure at Con-way Truckload lasted until November 2014.

Lesley Boyd-Franzen, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree with a specialization in Accounting from Pittsburg State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Following their undergraduate studies, Boyd-Franzen pursued further education by completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management and Accounting, again at Pittsburg State University, from 2002 to 2003.
