Aliaksandra Rabushka

Aliaksandra Rabushka is an experienced product management and business analysis professional with a strong background in AI-powered platforms and product ownership. Currently serving at LANDBASE since July 2023, Rabushka previously held positions as Product Owner Director and Lead Product Owner at Oyster® and OysterHR, where responsibilities included managing product backlogs, assessing delivery risks, and leading a team of Product Owners. With additional experience in lead business analysis roles at Codabrasoft LLC, EPAM Systems, and Exadel, Rabushka has demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, UI improvements, and establishing business processes.
