María Fernández Carcedo

María Fernández Carcedo is an experienced professional in monitoring and evaluation, with significant contributions to various organizations from 2013 to the present. Currently serving as a Key Expert in Monitoring at Particip GmbH since April 2021, María supports capacity development for EU staff engaged with neighbouring and enlargement countries. Concurrently, as a Senior Core Non-Key Expert at Landell Mills since September 2019, María plays a crucial role in implementing Results-Oriented Monitoring (ROM) across Latin America, Asia, and the Pacific. Prior roles include leading ROM assessments and evaluations for EU-funded projects, specializing in health, food security, and governance in diverse international contexts. María's educational background encompasses a Master’s Degree from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a specialization in Gender Studies from Universidad Rafael Landívar, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
